Not great as the other but I took advantage. I am trying to steer clear of commercial gyms and I travel. This gym is perfect for those serious about fitness. Great machines ! A bit of a commute for me but being able to access a smaller, very clean gym is great !
We went last night for our first workout. We warmed up on the elliptical and then headed over to the 30-minute circuit area. There are 10 steps and 10 weight machines — you alternate between each one for a minute on each with a 30 second resting period between each one. There is a red light/green light system so you know when to switch and they give you different types of things to do on the steps to mix it up.

From the outside you’d probably think, wow that place is tiny, pelo way it’d be worth it. But they’ve got a great layout and an abundance of machines. Signing up for a membership was easy and not filled with gimmicks like the large chains like to pull.

I’m in love with the tanning and red light therapy, especially since I don’t want to tan alot, its a better deal than going to a tanning place. Plus since its new, it nice a quite, and I plan to enjoy that for awhile. The only downside is there are no personal tvs on the equipment, which I guess I can live with since half of them were broken at my old gym. And there is no yoga class.

The place is SPOTLESS including!!! the bathroom which I have seen to be problematic at a lot of the gyms I have gone to throughout the years.
